Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in the USA within 3 business days.

Estimated delivery times may vary during peak shopping periods such as Black Friday, Thanksgiving Day and any shopping campaigns and during public holidays as logistics delivery services and custom offices may not be operating.

Usually, products will be delivered within 10 days. If you haven't received your order 15 days after the shipment, please feel free to contact us.

  • HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

If there are any quality problems with our product, please contact us first via e-mail or Facebook message within 14 days after receiving your products. We'll usually reply within 1 business day and provide aftersale services.

For quality issues, return, refund or exchange services are available. You can also contact us to request the return or exchange for no reason, but you may have to pay the freight and ensure the product returned intact.
